Fabrication and installation schedules can be affected by weather, permitting and inspection timelines, material availability, property conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific completion date unless it is stated in a separate signed agreement.
Custom color matching, powder coat finishes, and material samples may vary slightly in appearance from photographs, digital renderings, screens, or previous batches.
Some pergola, fence, and gate installations require permits, inspections, HOA approval, or a survey. Unless we have agreed in writing to handle it, obtaining approvals and providing accurate property boundary information is the property owner's responsibility.
You agree to give us safe and reasonable access to the property on scheduled dates. If we cannot access the site, or if the site is not ready, additional scheduling or trip charges may apply.
Pricing depends on the product, dimensions, materials, finish, site conditions, permitting requirements, and other project-specific factors.
Deposits, payment schedules, financing options, invoices, and total project costs are provided separately and may be subject to a signed written agreement. Custom fabricated products are generally non-refundable once fabrication has begun.
Any financing, if offered, is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their own terms, credit approval, and fees. We do not guarantee financing approval.
You agree to pay all amounts owed under any signed agreement, approved proposal, or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in scheduling delays, suspension of work, collection activity, or other remedies available under applicable law.
Any warranty on materials, finishes, or workmanship will be described in your written agreement or in the manufacturer documentation we provide. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, alteration, neglect, improper cleaning, impact, vandalism, storms, flooding, or other events outside normal use.
